TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It says the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, automated trading, huge user base. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would make the platform set once it is live.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not for most retail traders. Skip it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That is what kind of broker this is.

Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Safety

Here is the thing that requires honesty. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. That does not guarantee anything. It should be part of your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.

The full review, with regulation, withdrawals, read more pricing, and the website bonus website terms, is at Trade The Day.
